We think the lyrics should be: “Nothing could be finer than to live in Carolina” — especially when you can live in a beautiful community nestled between beaches, green spaces, and city conveniences.
WyndWater is located in Hampstead, NC between Highway 17 and the Intracoastal Waterway — or as we like to say, “just off the beaten path and right beside Nature.” Offering an ideal combination of natural features and preserved open-air settings, WyndWater is also within walking distance of Hampstead’s Kiwanis Park and intramural sports fields, as well as North Topsail Elementary, and is less than two miles from Hampstead’s public access boat ramp. Topsail Island’s beautiful beaches are within a few minutes’ drive, Jacksonville is only thirty minutes away, and Wilmington and all that it offers is only twenty minutes away!
